My name is Helene Pechard, my brother Francis Pechard and my sister Dominique Pechard.
 
My father (Frederic Pechard) been living in Thailand since 1975 after 1980 we've never heard from him.
Around 1984 someone met him in BKK and Pattaya. I contacted the French consulate in Thailand and Thai immigration of airport international in BKK and immigration at Sounploo but no one ever heard or find anything about my dad.
I'm so sure that my dad still in Thailand!
