Phan "Noi" Foster
Dear Sir, 
Please help us locate Phan "Noi"
Foster who has disappeared from the Udon Thani / Khon Kaen area on 24
March 2005.
Noi was last seen leaving the Chareonsri hotel in Udon Thani on 24 March
at 6.00am.
We believe she may have travelled by taxi to Khon Kaen as her handbag was found there that same afternoon.
Her handbag was handed
into Khon Kaen police who have been advised of her disappearance.
Noi is unwell and needs daily medication, her family are very worried
about her. She has no money, ID or possessions with her.
