I have a request for you. Could you please help me to find the father of my sister ?

I'm a Vietnamese lady, and I'm trying to reunite my sister (Sa) and her father, who is named SUHAFOL and served as a captain in the Royal Thai Army Volunteer Force (RTAVF).

He was in Vietnam as member of the G 2 RTAVF in 1971 in the Bearcat camp and went back to Thailand on 12 January 1972 and later went to the US to study for 3 years.

He had a daughter with my mother Nguyen thi Huong (born in 1951), named Sa, born in 1971.

We think he was a member of the Thai Black Panther Division during the Vietnam war.

He was probably born around 1934. For me it's very difficult to find anything about him through internet since the Government is still censoring much possible useful information.

I am looking for the man in the pictures for more then 30 years. If anyone has any information about him, please contact me
